Q. Do you engrave the monuments?
A. Yes, all memorial stones are priced with some amount of engraving . Some have more than others based on size of stone.
Q. Is shipping free?
A. Yes, shipping is free to a commercial address anywhere in the lower 48 Continental U.S. states.
Q. How much for shipping to Canada?
A. Varies on each headstone, usually around $50 extra.
Q. Do you offer laser service?
A. Yes, we have a full line of laser service available.
Q. What is your guarantee?
A. We certify that the headstone you purchase is made from the best quality granite materials. We guarantee your memorial will be made to the specifications you approved. Should there be an error on our part, we will replace your headstone at no cost to you.
Q. What is your average delivery time?
A. Stocked headstones are generally shipped out within 5-7 business days. Special order headstones, please allow 6-8 weeks.
Q. Do you ship outside the Continental US?
A. Yes, we will ship anywhere.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Time is limited due to our shipping time.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Memorials and items that are not personalized have a 10 day full refund policy from the day of delivery of memorial less shipping cost.
Q. What if my memorial is damaged upon delivery?
A. Cemetery memorials damaged en route from our location to its destination can be returned and replaced as it was originally ordered. Once delivered in good condition and signed for, however, we are not responsible for any damage that may be done by the cemetery or anyone you have set the memorial. We will also accept return of any memorial that has an error on our part that reflects a different design from the design you approved, but if a memorial is made to specifications according to your order, there are no refunds or returns. We may require that a photo be sent to us showing the damage or error before we accept a return of a memorial. Please call us or e-mail us immediately if you encounter a problem upon delivery. We will replace damaged memorials with the same memorial originally ordered.

Q. Will the cemetery accept a memorial purchased from you?
A. Most cemeteries will as long as the headstone meets the cemetery’s rules and regulations for style, color, size, etc. We recommend calling your cemetery for these rules and regulations before you purchase a headstone. If you need assistance with your cemetery regulations you may contact us.
Q. Can you ship a headstone to a residential address?
A. Yes, but there will be an additional fee. Additional fee is based on weight of headstone, but is usually an $80 charge.

A. Yes
Q. What additional costs may occur?
A. Additional fees may include, but are not limited to, cemetery or monument installer’s foundation and installation fees, cemetery plot, lift gate if required at your shipping address, home delivery, etc.
Q. How Do I arrange installation of a headstone, flat marker, or memorial bench?
A. This depends on your cemetery. Some cemeteries will install flat granite markers only and some will install flat granite markers and upright granite headstones. If not, you can contact a local monument dealer or contractor who will arrange to install it for you.
Q. Can I pour the cement foundation myself?
A. Yes, but contact your cemetery first to see if it is allowed.
Q. Can I install the headstone myself?
A. Yes, but we highly recommend that you use someone with experience.
